What to Expect from Bicycle Servicing
Every bicycle service starts with a mechanical inspection so worn parts, brake issues, and drivetrain concerns can be identified before any work begins. This helps keep the service scope clear and focused on what your bicycle actually needs.
Our workshop handles routine tune-ups, brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and safety inspections. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and additional work only continues after approval.
Inspection first, then clear approval before extra work begins.
A practical service process for everyday riders, families, and leisure cyclists.
Typical turnaround is two to four business days after intake and inspection, depending on the condition of the bicycle and parts availability. We do not confirm exact completion dates until compatibility and supplier checks are complete.
Collection includes a simple service summary so you can understand what was adjusted, repaired, or recommended next. This is especially useful for commuters and family bicycles that need regular upkeep across the season.
